About Us

For more than 50 years, we at Len’s Home Center have helped many families throughout Oregon find the best manufactured home to call their forever homes. We understand that purchasing a new home is a big decision and an even bigger commitment. That’s why we want to make this move a good one!

Because we at Len’s Home Center pride ourselves on quality, we offer only the best manufactured homes. We are happy to represent brands Cavco Homes by Cavco and Skyline Homes by Champion. Both lines offer many different models for families of any size. Their homes are available at multiple price points to meet any budget. And many floorplans come with additional customization options so you can personalize any floorplan to meet your lifestyle and needs. Whether you want the gourmet kitchen of your dreams, a walk-in closet, or to transform an extra bedroom into a den, we’re sure to have the perfect home for you.

Over the years, we’ve provided beautiful and affordable factory-built homes to our local community here in Coos Bay and throughout the rest of Oregon. However, our mission isn’t just to provide the best manufactured homes. We also employee licensed general contractors to help you coordinate construction. Our staff can help guide you through the entire process after purchase to get your new home “on” the ground. Let us put our expertise and experience to work for you so you can become another satisfied prefabricated homeowner.
